Here’s another all 3D one, except for that overgrown bougainvillea. I went up there and toured some open houses in the area we were trying to recreate. It was fun to attempt to recreate some elements of them inspired by the photo reference I took. Then they had to be imagined as destroyed and overgrown, but looking unlike anything we’ve previously done in The Last of Us world. It was meant to feel dry and dusty, alluding to spores and infected spaces nearby.
